The 10th ASEAN-OSH Network Conference was hosted by the Department of Labor and Employment of the Republic of the Philippines, conducting a hybrid platform on September 14th, 2023, in Quezon City, the Philippines. The conference, under the theme "Incorporating OSH as a Fundamental Principle and Right at Work in the ASEAN," focused on

I. encouraging the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and best practices and harmonizing OSH standards and practices with international norms, ensuring the prioritization of the health and safety of workers across our region.

II. Developing initiatives and plans of the ASEAN Member States (AMS) in advancing safety and health at work as an integral part of national policy, taking into account the measures taken by the AMS to adapt to and address the OSH challenges that have emerged during and after the pandemic.

The conference also brought together government representatives to facilitate discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative efforts toward developing and implementing effective OSH policies and programs that create safer and healthier work environments for all. The conference was attended by representatives of ASEAN Member States (AMS), the ASEAN Secretariat, the ASEAN-OSHNET Secretariat, external partners, and awardees from 1st – 4th ASEAN-OSHNET Awards.
