This conference is conducted the policies must be made keeping in mind the practicality for both employers and employees. However, this current situation provides unique insight into how well working from home works, and may play a vital role in future policies that reshape the current structure of working hours, possibly allowing for more flexibility. normal working condition, work from home may cause several occupational safety and health issues such as mental health, fatigue, poor ergonomics, and environment-caused injuries and illnesses. These issues must be address accordingly to ensure the wellbeing of the employees are in good condition.

Objectives of this conference

i) Sharing experiences among AMS pertaining to OSH policy and practices regarding working from home during COVID-19 pandemic.

ii) Sharing experiences from international organization on working from home initiatives

Conference Format

The Conference will comprise four plenary sessions where AMS, the Plus Three Countries and international organisation are invited to share their respective information and experiences. Each presentation will take 10 minutes. The presentations in each session will be followed by responses from selected AMS and Q&A. Moderator will be assigned to facilitate each session
