on Fitness to Work Practices and Opportunities for Alignment –
Occupational Health Control in the Workplace and Worker Readiness on June 7th – 8th, 2022

on June 7th – 8th, 2022, Brunei Darussalam, a host country, conducted the virtual workshop on Fitness to Work Practices and Opportunities for Alignment – Occupational Health Control in the Workplace and Worker Readiness. There were approximately 75 participants from ASEAN-OSHNET Member States (AMS), International Labour Organization (ILO), and ASEAN-OSHNET Secretariat.

The aim of the event is to support the realization of the ASEAN-OSHNET Work Plan 2021-2025. As reflected in the work plan, this planned workshop is situated under the thematic area “strengthen occupational health in the workplace”, which contributes to the realization of ASCC Blueprint 2025’s Strategic Measures B.3.iv: Support accelerated implementation among ASEAN Member State to extend, coverage, accessibility, availability, comprehensiveness, quality, equality, affordability and sustainability of social services and social protection.
